Forecast MAPE is within <10% across key metrics that drive labour.

Schedules align well with actual demand.

Labour spend planned and unplanned variance is within acceptable limits.

Attrition, absence, and employee sentiment/feedback is improving.

Frontline productivity is stable or improving.

Schedule edits (by managers) are low i.e. less than 10% of schedules are changed via manager edits.
