A new kind of consultancy focused on frontline workforce transformation
We officially launched this month with a mission to help enterprise leaders simplify complexity, boost performance, and unlock the full value of an engaged frontline workforce.
Created to support under-pressure COOs, CPOs, and CIOs — particularly in high-turnover, high-complexity sectors like retail — FrontlineXP isn’t a traditional strategy firm or software vendor. It was built to close the execution gap between ambition and outcomes: tech-agnostic, operator-led, and relentlessly focused on results that land.

FrontlineXP was co-founded by Rob Bate, former Accenture Managing Director and workforce management and retail strategist. Rob’s 25-years experience spans an equal mix of retail and consulting industry experience in the US and UK and has led large-scale transformation programs with brands including Walmart, Starbucks, Lululemon, Aldi and Microsoft, and most recently leading Microsoft Copilot and Frontline Advisory at Avanade (an Accenture company).
