We’re looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented task management Implementation Consultant to join FrontlineXP’s implementation team in Cape Town.
This team plays a critical role in client success, leading the onboarding and deployment of the YOOBIC platform across industries such as fashion, retail, pharma, hospitality, and more. You’ll work closely with clients to help them digitise and optimise frontline operations — ensuring teams are set up for adoption, efficiency, and long-term impact.
As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll independently deliver small to medium-sized projects end-to-end, while also owning defined workstreams within larger, strategic programmes. The role blends project coordination, business analysis, and product configuration, making it ideal for someone early in their consulting journey who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and working directly with clients.
This is a great opportunity to grow your consulting career within a fast-moving, scale-up environment where learning, ownership, and progression are actively encouraged.
Location: Cape Town (Hybrid with min 3 days in the office)
Start Date: 1st March
Eligibility: Candidates must already have the permanent right to work in South Africa. Any relocation required would need to be arranged and funded personally, as visa sponsorship is not available.
What you’ll be doing:

- Support senior consultants on larger or strategic projects, taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables
- Identify delivery risks early and propose practical mitigation strategies
- Engage directly with clients to gather business requirements and understand operational challenges
- Translate client needs into effective YOOBIC configurations using a structured implementation methodology
- Communicate clearly and professionally in client meetings, managing expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle
Product & Configuration
- Configure YOOBIC core modules independently, with strong attention to detail
- Ensure database setup and in-app configuration align with agreed requirements
- Deliver standard product demos to showcase YOOBIC use cases and value
- Build knowledge across common implementation patterns, use cases, and industries
Training & Change Support
- Deliver client training sessions independently for small to medium-sized projects (admin and end users)
- Support training delivery on larger projects alongside senior consultants
- Handle live troubleshooting calmly and professionally
- Develop your capability in supporting clients through adoption and change
